Principal Tech Lead responsible for architecting high-scale backend engines, advancing agentic engineering, and mentoring senior engineers in a digital intelligence platform.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, scalability, and performance of complex backend distributed systems.
- Champion and embed Agentic SDLC paradigms into the engineering lifecycle.
- Design frameworks for autonomous AI agents to build, test, and deploy features.
- Maintain a large context window to guide multiple technical streams and parallel projects.
- Lead backend guild sessions and introduce emerging technologies.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers to elevate collective capabilities.
- Execute critical path hands-on tasks with high velocity and quality.
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing and scaling complex distributed production systems under heavy load.
- Deep technical expertise and ability to act as a go-to architectural sounding board.
- Practical familiarity with Agentic Engineering concepts, tools, LLM APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
