Join a consulting firm's Data and AI Transformation team to develop, implement, and improve robotic process automation solutions for a range of clients and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RPA solutions for business and operational process automation.
- Work on complex, technology-intensive projects for diverse clients and organizations.
- Define, analyze, and map business and technical processes end to end to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop, test, maintain, and improve automation processes in production environments.
- Collaborate with clients, business users, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design, architecture, and implementation of advanced automation solutions.
- Integrate AI and generative AI technologies into automation solutions.
- Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- One to three years of RPA development experience in an organization or consulting firm.
- Business understanding and the ability to analyze end-to-end processes from requirements definition through implementation.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong self-learning ability and capacity to quickly adopt new technologies.
- Business curiosity and the ability to understand organizational needs and propose innovative solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience developing with UiPath.
- Experience integrating AI and generative AI tools into automation processes.
