- Drive technical excellence, product quality, innovation, and timely delivery
- Mentor team members and support their career development
- Work in an agile development environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field
- At least 8 years of software development experience, including 5 years in backend development and 3 years in team leadership
- Strong hands-on Python experience
- Experience leading large-scale applications from architecture through implementation
- Experience with networking concepts and communication protocols
- Ability to identify and analyze logical and application-level vulnerabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, collaborative approach
Nice to have
- Backend development experience with C# or Java
- Experience with Linux-based platforms
- Background in cybersecurity, application security, or reverse engineering
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architectures
- Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, or Android development
