Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions that incorporate AI and machine learning.
- Build machine learning models for prediction, clustering, and decision support.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve models in production.
- Create automation tools to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning development.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Knowledge of full-stack web development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with the ELK Stack, Docker, automation tools, or MLOps practices.
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production or working with deep learning.
- Knowledge of Java, C++, or C#.
- Familiarity with banking systems and business processes.
