Develop AI-enabled software and machine learning solutions in a banking environment, supporting models and applications from development through production improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions incorporating AI and machine learning
- Build and implement models for prediction, clustering, and decision support
- Support production deployment, monitoring, and improvement of machine learning models
- Create automation tools to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
- Work with team members and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning development
- Strong Python programming skills and object-oriented programming experience
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks
- Knowledge of full-stack web development, including front-end and back-end technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with the ELK Stack, Docker, automation tools, MLOps, production model deployment, or deep learning
- Knowledge of Java, C++, C#, or banking systems and business processes
