Responsible for developing advanced image processing and computer vision algorithms for satellite observation systems. Collaborate with camera and satellite development teams, conduct performance studies, and implement algorithms in operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop image processing algorithms for various sensors across multiple wavelengths.
- Collaborate with camera and satellite development teams at the system level.
- Conduct performance studies to evaluate algorithms and solve estimation problems.
- Implement and test algorithms in operational systems and laboratories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or software engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing image processing algorithms.
- Experience in developing estimation algorithms.
- Experience with development tools such as MATLAB, Python, and C.
- Experience in performing physical analyses and writing algorithms.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with STK and satellite orbits.
- Master's degree or higher.
