Senior Generative AI Engineer

Develop advanced generative AI solutions powered by large language models and open-source models. Work with product, engineering, and UX teams to build reliable AI capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop LLM applications including chatbots, intelligent search, RAG solutions, and AI agents
- Adapt, fine-tune, and optimize AI models using business requirements and organizational data
- Build data-processing pipelines and generate embeddings for vector databases
- Design prompt-engineering techniques and reasoning-based AI workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX professionals from ideation through implementation
- Evaluate and improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Significant hands-on Python development experience
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and other modern AI frameworks
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and AI system development
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and Mistral
- Hands-on experience with FAISS and Pinecone
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or PhD studies in a relevant field
