Join a client team to turn an AI product concept into a working MVP. Shape its architecture and technical direction across LLMs, autonomous agents, backend engineering, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous agents with persistent state and memory, planning, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Build behavioral and personality models that influence agent decisions.
- Develop long-term memory and context management, tool use and selection, browser and environment interaction, and autonomous data exploration and extraction.
- Design distributed systems for running multiple agents and workers.
- Create monitoring, evaluation, and simulation capabilities.
- Help define the product's core architecture and technical direction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong experience with LLMs and AI agents, and excellent Python skills.
- Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
- Experience with distributed or asynchronous systems and building autonomous or agent-based systems.
- Understanding of memory, retrieval, and context management.
- Ability to develop an idea from concept to working prototype.
Nice to have
- Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, behavioral modeling, computer-use or browser agents, large-scale distributed systems, or AI evaluation and simulation.
