Join a software company building production systems for enterprise operations. You will work directly with customer teams to uncover operational problems, design technical solutions, and build, deploy, and support AI-enabled software in live environments.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business leaders and customer teams to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Translate real-world business problems into technical architectures.
- Write, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade software.
- Integrate AI systems, including LLMs and autonomous agents, with legacy enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
- Own implementations end to end, from discovery through live debugging in customer environments.
- Measure and improve system uptime, performance, and operational impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional engineering experience in software, backend, full-stack, or platform engineering.
- Proven experience building and operating production systems.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and agentic workflows in production.
- Ability to work autonomously amid incomplete requirements and complex customer environments.
- Strong communication skills for working directly with business leaders and customer teams.
Nice to have
- Experience as a startup founder, early-stage startup employee, or former forward deployed engineer.
- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise software such as ERP or CRM systems.
- Experience balancing executive-level strategy with hands-on software development.
