Join a technology solutions group to build voice- and text-based AI agents on an enterprise platform. The role combines backend development, conversational flows, system integrations, and agent orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build voice- and text-based AI agents.
- Design and implement conversational flows.
- Develop REST API integrations with enterprise systems.
- Connect agents to core systems, external services, and information sources.
- Write prompts and implement business and execution logic.
- Integrate tools, function calling, and agent orchestration capabilities.
- Manage agent context, sessions, and memory.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, information security, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
- Experience working with JSON, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI and large language models such as GPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Experience developing agentic AI or AI agents, including independent project experience.
- Understanding of context management, sessions, and memory.
Nice to have
- Experience developing chatbots or voice bots.
