A major financial organization in Rishon LeZion is seeking a senior backend engineer to develop voice and text AI agents on the Wonderful platform and integrate them with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy voice and text AI agents on the Wonderful platform.
- Design and build conversation flows.
- Develop REST API integrations with enterprise systems.
- Connect agents to core systems, external services, and information sources.
- Write prompts and implement agent workflows.
- Integrate tools, function calling, and agent orchestration.
- Manage agent context, sessions, and memory.
- Debug systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, information security, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, C, or Node.js.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating systems.
- Experience working with JSON, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI and large language models such as GPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Experience with prompt engineering and agentic AI development.
- Understanding of context management, sessions, and agent memory.
Nice to have
- Experience developing chatbots or voice bots.
- Independent experience developing agentic AI.
