Join an AI engineering team building agentic platforms, retrieval-augmented generation systems, large language model solutions, and AI agents. This role covers AI development, software engineering, data preparation, evaluation, and deployment for production-grade solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic platforms and workflows.
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions that improve organizational quality and productivity.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing products and workflows.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI system performance.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Collect and prepare data from large-scale sources for AI training and inference.
- Deliver AI, software, data, evaluation, and deployment components across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience developing software and production-grade software systems.
- At least 1 year of experience building large language model solutions, AI agents, or AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and practical applications.
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of modern machine learning domains, algorithms, architectures, and techniques.
- Experience developing large-scale software with microservices architectures.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding technologies, and retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Experience developing AI agent architectures and orchestration systems.
