Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Develop production-grade AI features and integrate them into an existing platform.
- Design and implement reliable, scalable software systems supporting AI capabilities.
- Evaluate AI technologies and apply suitable approaches to product and business challenges.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions across the AI team.
- Maintain engineering standards through clean code, testing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on coding skills.
- Proven experience developing AI agents and agentic applications.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and scalable systems.
- Ability to own complex technical challenges from concept through production delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience from a recognized technical military unit.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or LangGraph.
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment.
- Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to technical leadership and architecture decisions.
