Design and develop production-grade Generative AI solutions for large-scale enterprise environments, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, AI agents, and integrations with business systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and agentic workflows
- Integrate LLMs with structured and unstructured enterprise data
- Develop backend components and API integrations using Python
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and business processes
- Evaluate and improve solution accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support AI solutions from proof of concept through production
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience
- Experience developing Generative AI or LLM-based applications
- Experience with RAG architectures and AI agents
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval techniques
- Experience integrating solutions with existing systems through APIs
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Production deployment of AI solutions
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps
- Experience in enterprise or highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with security, data privacy, and AI governance
- Background in machine learning or natural language processing
