Requirements

Substantial software engineering experience building and shipping complex systems
Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic or large language model systems
Experience with agent workflows, prompts, context management, and failure modes
Strong product judgment and the ability to define ambiguous problems
Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team
Clear communication with non-technical marketing partners

Nice to have

Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph
Experience with evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or knowledge bases at scale
Familiarity with marketing or strong interest in the domain
Experience taking systems from prototype to broad organizational adoption
