Join an insurance and financial services organization building production-grade AI solutions for business, operational, and digital teams. The role focuses on hands-on development of agentic systems, LLM-based applications, and RAG solutions integrated into core organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic systems, including LLM agents and RAG pipelines.
- Build complex multi-agent systems with Claude Agent SDK, tool integrations, and MCP integrations with core organizational systems.
- Lead AI evaluation processes, including evaluation frameworks, metrics, and A/B testing.
- Take hands-on ownership of production AI systems used by business, operational, and digital units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Strong, proven experience developing clean, high-quality Python code using best practices.
- Proven experience developing and owning production systems, including CI/CD processes.
- Proven experience building LLM-based agents and RAG systems and integrating them with existing software systems.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation, performance measurement, and experimentation.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Claude Agent SDK, or another multi-agent development framework.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
