Join a Data & AI team to build production-ready internal AI products that automate business processes and create measurable operational value. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end AI products.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end internal AI products, automations, agents, and workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and develop scalable AI solutions.
- Design, prototype, test, deploy, and maintain production AI products.
- Work with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation frameworks, data pipelines, Snowflake, ETL tools, and internal systems.
- Identify manual processes suitable for AI-driven automation.
- Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and agentic workflows for productivity and operational improvements.
- Establish best practices for reliability, usability, security, documentation, maintainability, and production readiness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered products, workflows, agents, automations, or business solutions in a company environment.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, workflow automation, APIs, or AI development frameworks.
- Ability to code practical solutions using Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Strong experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, APIs, databases, data warehouses, and Snowflake.
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
- Strong business acumen, ownership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related quantitative field is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks, RAG systems, vector databases, orchestration tools, Snowflake, Airflow, Rivery, GitLab, Claude, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in a cybersecurity or data company.
