Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents that automate and enhance high-value workflows
Own agent architecture, including tool use, memory, planning, human escalation, guardrails, and audit trails
Create evaluation frameworks covering task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact
Improve agent behavior using real-world usage data and stakeholder feedback

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline

Strong backend engineering skills with Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture
