Build and scale a high-throughput, low-latency streaming voice AI platform. The role combines AI model integration, platform engineering, partner integrations, and full-stack development for enterprise pilots.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build large-scale, low-latency infrastructure for real-time voice AI streaming.
- Deploy proprietary AI models into production in collaboration with AI researchers.
- Develop, scale, and maintain partner-facing APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
- Optimize frontend applications and backend microservices for reliability and scalability.
- Implement tracing and monitoring for end-to-end latency and system performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software development experience focused on scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating machine learning models or complex multi-model AI pipelines into production web applications.
- Strong familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Python, and Go.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and containerized systems.
- Ability to collaborate across technical teams and business-oriented distribution partners.
