Build and operate production systems that transform customer data into advertising conversions. This generalist role spans machine learning and data pipelines, event-driven cloud services, and customer-facing interfaces, with substantial ownership from design through production.
Responsibilities
- Build machine learning and data pipelines, delivery services, and user interfaces that convert customer data into ad-network outcomes.
- Take features from concept to production, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Operate production systems where reliability and correctness directly affect customer spending.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science colleagues to scale models and prototypes into reliable services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and operating production cloud systems end to end.
- Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals, including software design, concurrency, data structures, and cost-performance trade-offs.
- Comfort working across the software stack and adopting AI and agentic development tools.
- Strong ownership of systems through architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Excellent communication, independent learning, curiosity, and collaborative working skills.
Nice to have
- SQL and experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience with ad networks, martech, attribution, measurement ecosystems, Google Ads, Meta, mobile measurement platforms, or conversion APIs.
- Experience with Temporal, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, and AWS.
- Background in analytics, data science, or product development.
