Join an enterprise AI company in a customer-facing role focused on turning business needs into working generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams from solution design through production.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and business processes.
- Design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions using the company platform.
- Work with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Support solution testing, implementation, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and customer-facing teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Work on-site at customer locations and support solutions through production.
Requirements
- Technical background and strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic programming skills and ability to understand technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on approach; previous AI experience is not required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience working with customers or translating business needs into technical solutions.
