Requirements

Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or machine-learning systems, such as LLMs or deep learning.
Strong software engineering experience building SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
Proficiency with Claude Code.
Previous experience as a software manager and ability to build and lead an engineering team.
Ability to own work end to end, from architecture through deployment.
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic approach and comfort with uncertainty.

Nice to have

Background in embedded systems, hardware, electronics, or the hardware industry.
