Lead an AI engineering team and shape enterprise AI capabilities, including Generative AI, AI agents, RAG solutions, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI engineers and developers.
- Design scalable architectures for enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Lead development of AI agents, RAG solutions, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, Data, Information Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Own the quality, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies against organizational needs and priorities.
- Drive innovation initiatives and expand the team’s expertise in advanced AI technologies.
- Lead AI projects from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and production.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams.
- At least 2 years of experience developing AI and Generative AI solutions in production.
- Strong Python and backend development skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with AI agents, MCP, RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Git and Agile methodologies.
