Build and operate production-scale AI agents that understand software codebases and support code review, debugging, and delivery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and own AI agents that read, investigate, and reason about codebases
- Design multi-agent systems, including exploration strategies, tool access, and verification workflows
- Define agent quality measures and build benchmarks and evaluations
- Integrate agents with source control, ticketing, design, and observability systems
- Build and operate distributed production services, queues, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor advances in AI and agent engineering and apply relevant techniques to the platform
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of backend engineering experience
- Strong command of a high-level programming language
- Strong fundamentals in distributed services, queues, relational databases, and cloud environments
- Research experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or artificial intelligence through industry or graduate work
- Hands-on experience building and deploying large-scale LLM-based systems
- Working knowledge of current agent development frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
