Develop end-to-end machine learning models and deliver actionable insights using data from diverse business areas, including marketing, customer service, pricing, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models end to end.
- Analyze, process, and prepare data from diverse sources, including large-scale tabular data.
- Define algorithmic solutions to complex business challenges.
- Evaluate and measure model performance.
- Generate actionable business insights and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of industry experience as a data scientist.
- Hands-on experience and business understanding in banking or financial services.
- Experience developing classical machine learning models for classification and regression using tabular data.
- Extensive experience analyzing and preparing data for modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or another relevant quantitative field.
Nice to have
- Experience developing generative AI applications.
- Experience in large, complex organizations and a broad, systemic perspective.
- Experience working in cloud environments.
- Experience with PySpark.
