Responsibilities
- Lead data science and applied machine learning as the company's sole data scientist
- Build, evaluate, and deploy recommendation and personalization models
- Apply data and machine learning to make content creation more measurable and informed
Requirements
- At least five years of data science or machine learning experience, including taking models into production
- Hands-on experience building recommendation or personalization engines
- Experience with deep learning, time series, applied machine learning, modeling, evaluation, and feature engineering
- At least a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees are preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale data analysis, retrieval and ranking, sequence or session models, or embeddings
- Experience in streaming, entertainment, consumer or mobile products, or growth marketing
- MLOps experience
