This role involves building data and AI solutions to enhance engineering productivity. You will develop automated workflows, agentic AI systems, and data infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and build practical solutions.
- Develop and deploy production-grade tools, automated workflows, and agentic AI solutions.
- Run fast POCs on emerging AI technologies and productize successful ones.
- Implement data flywheels with telemetry, benchmarking, and feedback loops.
- Contribute to the evolution of data infrastructure.
- Improve data quality, integrity, governance, and metric definitions.
- Train engineers and stakeholders on data, BI, and AI tools.
Requirements
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years building and deploying production software, data products, or engineering productivity platforms.
- 2+ years building AI-enabled or agentic systems, including tools, RAG pipelines, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Python, full-stack development, SQL, NoSQL, cloud environments.
- Proficiency with coding agents for development.
- Proactive builder with ability to deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in product engineering, hardware, networking, or semiconductors.
- Open-source contributions with core commits or maintainership.
