Master Data Specialist

Manage and govern core business data across ERP systems, supporting accurate transactions and aligned processes across supply chain, operations, finance, and customer functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain suppliers, items, bills of materials, product structures, price lists, accounts, and customer-related master data
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, cleansing, and standardization across ERP systems
- Define and enforce data governance policies, naming conventions, validation rules, and approval workflows
- Monitor duplicates, completeness, consistency, data ownership, and quality controls
- Coordinate data-related topics across supply chain, finance, IT/MIS, and other business functions
- Support business users with data setup and issue resolution while aligning structures with ERP best practices
- Support ERP implementation and enhancement projects through data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure migrated and new data supports business operations before deployment
- Maintain timely data availability for orders, procurement, planning, production, inventory, customer, and finance transactions
- Troubleshoot master data issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in master data, ERP, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Infor, Priority, or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, and manufacturing processes
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
