Develop and implement data solutions in complex enterprise environments, including ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and data warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT and data processing pipelines in high-volume environments
- Develop interfaces and integration workflows for transferring data between systems
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Work with data models and data warehouse structures for reporting, analytics, and business processes
- Develop batch and near-real-time or real-time processes
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, monitor workflows, and improve production stability and performance
- Use Git, CI/CD processes, and organizational standards
- Analyze requirements, identify gaps, write technical specifications, and propose solutions
- Collaborate with systems analysts, QA, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Support integration, testing, production releases, and post-deployment monitoring
- Learn and implement new technologies and tools in hybrid and cloud environments
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing data solutions and ETL/ELT processes in an enterprise environment
- Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, execution plan analysis, and query optimization
- Experience developing data integration, processing, and transfer workflows, including production support and troubleshooting
- Experience with relational databases and practical familiarity with non-relational databases
- Understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and normalization
- Ability to interpret specifications and translate requirements into implementable technical solutions
- Experience analyzing requirements and/or writing technical specifications for data tasks
- Experience with version control and CI/CD processes
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership

- Practical familiarity with non-relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
