Lead an eight-person development team responsible for data warehouse projects and tasks in a large enterprise technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage approximately eight developers
- Plan and oversee development projects and team assignments
- Build and validate work plans and process architectures
- Guide and mentor developers, including junior and less-experienced employees
- Lead and implement development methodologies and procedures
- Coordinate with systems analysts and project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or industrial engineering and management
- At least 3 years of experience in an enterprise DWH, BI, or data organization
- At least 1 year of experience as a DWH development team leader
- Deep knowledge of Informatica and hands-on Informatica development experience
- Advanced SQL skills
- Basic familiarity with on-premises database and ETL data infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of BI and data methodologies
Nice to have
- PL/SQL experience
- Experience with Python, Lakehouse, cloud platforms, Airflow, or Tanzo
