Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI and data offerings
- Lead, mentor, and grow teams of data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists
- Advise client executives on AI and data strategy
- Oversee complex AI and data delivery projects
- Collaborate with technology partners to develop repeatable solutions
- Develop reusable frameworks, blueprints, and accelerators for AI and data platforms
- Support presales activities and go-to-market strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or AI software development
- At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership or management
- Advanced knowledge of the AWS data ecosystem, including Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Lake Formation
- Experience with AWS AI and machine learning services, including Bedrock and SageMaker
- Experience designing scalable data lakes, data meshes, or lakehouses
- Experience deploying generative AI or large language model applications into production
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- High proficiency in English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Einstein AI
- Experience working with a global consulting, professional services, or system integrator organization
