Lead a multidisciplinary data team that connects go-to-market, product, research, customer success, and sales organizations. Own initiative execution and advise business leaders on data priorities and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of team initiatives, including resourcing, tracking, and timely delivery
- Prioritize data resources across company-wide efforts with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts
- Build partnerships with product and customer success leaders
- Act as a data advisor to support shared business objectives
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading Data Operations, PMO, Technical Delivery Management, or Product Analytics at a technology company
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work within tight timelines
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience working with or leading data analysts
- Prior experience as a data analyst
- Cybersecurity experience
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B company
