Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security) to align on business needs.
- Manage technical backlog and ensure timely, secure delivery.
- Foster team growth through mentorship.
- Mitigate security risks across the data platform.
- Define methodologies for performance, scalability, and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Knowledge of distributed computing platforms (Flink, Spark, Beam).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Experience managing security risks and ensuring compliance.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with microservice architecture, Kafka, Airflow, MLOps.
- Familiarity with Postgres SQL, Redis, Kubernetes.
- Background in identity management or fraud detection.
