Own business intelligence end to end for a high-volume B2C product, from gathering business needs and modeling data to delivering decision-support dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, dashboards, and self-service BI solutions using dbt, BigQuery, and Looker.
- Own a business domain from raw data through analysis and decision support, including product, marketing, and payments analytics.
- Design and validate instrumentation for new features and user flows before launch.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for Product, Finance, Payments, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Partner with Data Engineering to maintain accurate, production-grade pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of BI or analytics experience in a B2C, online, or gaming environment.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience building data models and pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with complex ETL, data warehouse design, Airflow, and dbt.
- Experience with payments or financial transaction data, including settlements, chargebacks, or fraud.
- Experience with Looker, LookML, and BigQuery.
