Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data requirements, from business analysis and solution design through development support and production deployment. Work across business, development, infrastructure, and QA teams in on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements; write functional and technical specifications.
- Design data models and data warehouse structures.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
- Specify and implement interfaces, data synchronization, and data transfer processes.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
- Support development and QA teams; conduct integration testing and data quality checks.
- Coordinate production deployments and monitor their stability.
- Work with on-premises and cloud environments, relational and NoSQL databases, and organizational CI/CD standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in information systems analysis and data processes.
- Demonstrated experience writing comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Strong SQL skills, including procedures, functions, execution plan analysis, and performance optimization.
- Practical experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and normalization.
- Ability to lead work end to end, from business requirement through production.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
