Construction and infrastructure company seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for its tenders department in Petah Tikva, Israel. The role covers quantity measurement and tender documentation across building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Calculate quantities and areas from plans and specifications
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities for wet works, finishes, building envelopes, aluminum, and site development
- Support construction and infrastructure projects during the tender stage
- Work closely with tender managers, architects, and planners
Requirements
- Civil engineering practical engineering diploma required
- Significant experience measuring quantities for construction projects
- Ability to read plans and specifications in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Experience with residential construction, infrastructure, roads, concrete works, or electromechanical systems
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Civil engineering degree
