Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on varied projects using BIM workflows. The role is based in Tel Aviv near a train station.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP systems in a BIM environment
- Create and manage integrated Revit models
- Identify, analyze, and resolve clashes between systems
- Work with architectural, structural, and systems models using ACC / BIM 360
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and project managers
- Produce coordination deliverables and track design issues through resolution
Requirements
- Technical understanding and ability to read plans
- Organization, accuracy, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Nice to have
- Experience with Revit
- Familiarity with BIM processes
