Join a water treatment solutions team in Kadima, Israel, as an on-site Project Engineer. The role leads technical tender work, coordinates engineering stakeholders, manages technical risks, and supports client communications for complex process-industry projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering aspects of tenders, bids, and proposals, ensuring technical feasibility and accuracy.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams, external contractors, and suppliers on technical specifications and costs.
- Act as the technical contact for clients, answering inquiries and presenting solutions.
- Assess technical risks on new projects and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Water, or Environmental Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer on complex engineering projects in the process industry.
- Experience with matrix management or team leadership.
- High-level English proficiency.

- Experience with water systems design.
