A full-time construction project manager is needed for an urban renewal and construction company in central Israel. The role combines site and office work and covers residential construction execution from structural work through finishing and apartment handover.
Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites daily to document and advance structural and finishing work.
- Manage execution against project schedules and coordinate changes during construction.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, site managers, labor providers, and suppliers.
- Support tenders, sourcing, contracts, equipment, quality, accounts, budgets, and payments.
- Manage customer coordination, apartment-owner changes, change programs, and apartment handovers.
- Open work items in site logs, coordinate supervisory inspections, and collect construction records.
- Act as the company’s registered representative for authorities’ G1 classification requirements.
Requirements
- Qualifications suitable for registering the company as a G1 registered contractor.
- Practical engineering or engineering degree in construction engineering is required.
- At least five years of recent experience delivering construction work.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Acrobat.
- Strong management, organization, independence, initiative, diligence, and assertiveness.
