Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and identify suppliers.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and partners.
- Set project goals and schedules.
- Monitor budgets and approve accounts.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Coordinate with municipalities, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Manage execution teams across construction sites.
- Recruit employees as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering is required.
- Previous experience as an area manager at a residential construction company is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction sites simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, employee motivation, and rapid decision-making skills.
