An architectural design office is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and implement BIM processes across projects and the organization. The role connects architectural planning, people, and technology to improve coordination and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM processes for architectural projects.
- Build, implement, and maintain Revit standards, templates, and workflows.
- Provide professional guidance and training to architectural teams.
- Manage and perform quality control of architectural models.
- Coordinate models with structural, building systems, and other planning consultants.
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.
- Manage BIM libraries, families, and office-wide BIM infrastructure.
- Improve and streamline workflows using advanced tools and technologies.
- Provide professional support and resolve complex project-related issues.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience with Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning processes and systems coordination.
- Experience working with complex models and multiple consultants.
- Ability to define and implement standards and workflows.
- Ability to train and provide professional guidance to teams.
- Strong organization, accuracy, systems thinking, and ability to work across multiple interfaces.
Nice to have
- Previous experience managing or leading BIM in an architectural office.
- Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Education in architecture, architectural engineering, or a related field.
