A senior internal auditor is sought for a multidisciplinary corporate audit team. The role covers audits and reviews across project management, engineering, quality, marketing and R&D, with direct interaction across organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and reviews across project management, engineering, quality, marketing and R&D
- Write audit reports and discuss findings with audited parties
- Present audit reports to company management and the board audit committee
- Work independently while managing interfaces with audited teams
- Lead process-improvement and operational-efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Israeli citizenship
- Relevant academic degree from a recognized institution
- At least 5 years of cumulative project management experience in the company’s field
- Experience managing cross-organizational processes
- Systemic perspective and ability to analyze work processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
- Experience collecting and analyzing data using computerized or advanced data-investigation tools
- Ability to conduct interviews and investigations
- Discretion and ability to handle highly sensitive information
