Global SOX Manager

Lead the global SOX compliance program for a multinational digital printing technology company. The role reports to the Director of Finance and is based at Afek Industrial Park in Rosh HaAyin, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, execution, and improvement of the global SOX compliance program.
- Conduct annual risk assessments and oversee ICFR walkthroughs and controls testing.
- Identify control deficiencies and manage remediation plans with process owners.
- Oversee ITGC design, testing, and monitoring, including access, change management, and IT operations controls.
- Manage outsourced internal audit activities and coordinate external SOX testing and annual audits.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and other functions to strengthen the control environment.
- Drive improvements to the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of controls and compliance processes.
- Report SOX status, key risks, remediation progress, and control effectiveness to senior management.
- Support financial operations, accounting processes, and business initiatives.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, risk management, or external audit.
- Strong knowledge of SOX 404, the COSO framework, ICFR, ITGC, and risk assessment methods.
- Experience working with external auditors and cross-functional teams.
- High-level written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
