Professional services firm seeking a SOX Manager to advise public companies on SOX and ISOX implementation, internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in consulting teams implementing SOX and ISOX regulatory requirements
- Manage employees and global projects
- Analyze business processes at public companies listed in Israel and the United States
- Identify risks and controls related to financial reporting
- Help companies design controls across business processes
- Test the effectiveness of controls across business processes
- Prepare reports for management, the board of directors, and its committees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
- Required experience implementing SOX and ISOX requirements
- Management experience is required
- High level of English
- Strong service orientation, professionalism, verbal communication, and assertiveness
Nice to have
- Experience auditing the financial statements of companies listed on Nasdaq
