Senior Instructional Designer – Learning Technology

Develop end-to-end learning solutions and digital educational content for an education organization. The role reports to the Director of Learning Technology Innovation.

- Analyze needs, define target audiences and learning objectives, develop concepts, plan learning sequences, and produce complete learning solutions.
- Research and develop courses, workshops, e-learning modules, presentations, videos, microlearning, and interactive content with educators and subject-matter experts.
- Write learning objectives, syllabi, lesson structures, learning scripts, activities, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Integrate AI and learning technologies into digital environments and LMS platforms.
- Perform quality assurance and improve learning products using data and feedback.
דרישות
- At least five years of experience in learning development, instructional development, or learning-product development.
- Strong command of instructional design principles and digital, interactive learning products.
- Practical experience using Storyline, Rise, Genially, Canva, H5P, or comparable tools.
- Proven experience developing end-to-end learning solutions with subject-matter experts.
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into learning-development, teaching, or learning processes.
- Very high-level Hebrew writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
- Strong technological aptitude, accuracy, organization, self-management, and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently and work effectively in a team.

- Experience in the education system or an educational organization.
- Experience developing programs and learning products for teachers, school leaders, and students.
- Knowledge of STEM, AI, pedagogical innovation, and subject-matter education.
- Experience editing instructional videos and producing digital media.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
