Lead learning and development for an aerospace manufacturing division by designing tailored learning solutions, managing training programs, and partnering with business units to support organizational capabilities and business goals.

- Lead learning initiatives that strengthen employee and manager capabilities, support divisional objectives, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Design learning programs and solutions aligned with organizational strategy and business goals.
- Partner with business units to understand their challenges, needs, and objectives and translate them into tailored learning solutions.
- Manage and track organizational learning processes.
- Manage and deliver the organization-wide training plan, including professional, management, and regulatory training.
- Manage the learning budget and KPIs, produce reports, and update plans as business needs change.
- Evaluate learning solution effectiveness, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to cross-divisional programs and processes as needed.
- Lead collaboration and engagement with internal and external professional stakeholders.
- Manage external learning suppliers from needs assessment and training requirements through solution development, adaptation, and implementation.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least three years of experience in organizational learning within a large organization, covering needs analysis, solution implementation, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Strong business perspective and broad organizational understanding.
- Ability to lead, influence, and mobilize stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
- Experience independently managing and leading processes while working collaboratively.
- Knowledge of current learning principles and trends.
