A global apparel organization is seeking a mid-level Organizational Development Lead to support programs that strengthen employee growth, performance, leadership, and organizational culture.

- Design and roll out global organizational development programs for targeted employee groups
- Identify organizational needs and gaps and translate them into practical solutions
- Support and manage the annual performance cycle with compensation and benefits partners
- Create learning materials and education for leaders and employees
- Redesign HR processes using AI tools and outcome-focused methods
- Partner with business leaders to identify processes suitable for AI-enabled transformation
- Run engagement surveys and support leadership action planning
- Support change initiatives and help teams navigate organizational transitions
- Evaluate the impact of learning and development programs and use findings to improve them
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field
- Approximately 3 years of organizational development experience
- Understanding of organizational dynamics, culture, and change management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work with data and turn it into actionable insights
- Interest in applying AI to HR and organizational development, including workflow automation, people analytics, and AI-assisted learning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a strategic perspective

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Organizational development or related certification
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization
