A professional learning and development team is seeking an experienced digital learning developer to create and implement innovative learning solutions. The role is full time, with hybrid work options, in the Jerusalem area.

- Develop digital learning products as part of a professional team
- Develop and implement innovative learning solutions within the training division
- Lead learning development processes from initial concept through final delivery
דרישות
- At least three years of experience in learning development, including demonstrated microlearning and macro-learning design and development
- Full proficiency in Articulate Storyline
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- High proficiency with generative AI tools for text, video, audio, and related content
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, or completion of at least 150 hours of information systems coursework; relevant military training may be accepted
- Degree or professional training in learning technologies
- Ability to manage projects and work with clients, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders

- At least two years of experience in a large organization and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience with Adobe, Camtasia, animation generators, and additional digital learning development tools
- Broad familiarity with emerging learning technologies
