Responsabilidades
- Design, deploy, and operate large-scale global cloud network infrastructure
- Develop and execute safe network changes with cross-functional teams
- Lead incident response, break-fix support, escalation, and post-event analysis
- Create and maintain scripts that automate network operations and improve workflows
- Monitor network health, analyze performance, build dashboards, and configure alerts
- Collaborate with vendors and technical account teams on issue resolution and firmware qualification
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge
- Participate in on-call support for critical network events
Requisitos
- Experience in network operations supporting complex network events
- Strong knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, VxLAN, and EVPN
- Extensive experience with network automation and scripting; Python is preferred
- Experience with data center design, network monitoring, and telemetry
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance for applicable public-sector projects
Se valora
- Experience in a large-scale ISP or cloud provider environment
- Experience with network modelling and programming using YANG, OpenConfig, or NETCONF
- Experience influencing product roadmaps, priorities, or feature development
- Familiarity with network telemetry and dashboarding solutions
