A large financial organization in Lod is seeking a specialist to manage, operate, maintain, and implement Cisco communications and telephony systems.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage, operate, and maintain a Cisco IP PBX environment.
  • Administer Cisco CUCM and Cisco telephony systems.
  • Maintain SIP and trunking configurations.
  • Implement and maintain NICE and ACE recording systems.
  • Work with network and infrastructure environments.
  • Support and establish communications and telephony projects.
  • Operate across Windows and Linux environments.

Requisitos

  • At least five years of experience in communications and telephony.
  • Hands-on experience with NICE or ACE systems.
  • Experience with Cisco CUCM, SIP, and trunking.
  • Knowledge of networks and TCP/IP and RTP protocols.
  • Experience working with Windows and Linux environments.
